How does the process work?
It’s very easy. Just bring us a CARMAX Appraisal or any other written appraisal offer.  We then review your offer along with taking a quick glance at your vehicle to determine how much more we can pay.  (Up To $1,000 MORE)

What if I still owe money on the car?
No problem at all!  This is VERY common.  We simply deduct the amount from the selling price, and you keep the rest.  We just need the name and phone number of your finance company so we can obtain a 10 day payoff.  If you owe more than what your car is worth, we will take the payoff amount minus OfferMORE purchase offer, and collect from you the remaining difference which can be paid by check, credit card, or cash.  The entire process should take less than 10 minutes.

What documents do I need to bring with me?
  • Written Appraisal for your vehicle from a Franchised Dealer
  • Vehicle’s Title, or Registration if Title is Electronic
  • Your Driver’s License that matches name on title or loan
  • All keys and remotes
  • Method of payment if there is negative equity on loan balance.
What if I don’t have the vehicle’s title?
Bring in your Driver’s License so we can contact the Department of Motor Vehicles to determine if your title is lost or electronic.  If your title is lost, there is a $100 fee for a duplicate title.  If your title is electronic, we will order it at no cost.
What if the title and registration are not in my name?
We know that every situation is different, therefore contact one of our purchasing agents, and we will be better able to advise you on how to sell your vehicle.
Can I sell a vehicle on behalf of a family member, friend, or deceased loved one?
Yes, this situation does occur often.  We suggest speaking with one of our purchasing agents so we can better understand your situation.  A power of attorney on behalf of the relative or friend is usually necessary, however we can provide other documentation in order to purchase your vehicle.
Can I sell a vehicle that is titled in my company’s name?
Yes, as long as you are the President or Registered Agent of your company listed on Sunbiz.org
Will you buy my car if I still owe money on it?
Yes, bring your vehicle appraisal in so we can make you a better offer.  If you decide to accept our offer, we will contact your finance company to get your 10 day pay-off.
