This proposal is very basic;
- Everyone eats, so many of your custmers are eating nearby;
- People will often talk about and consider buying/selling cars ver a meal;
- People are relaxed and in a comfort zone when dining;
- People tend to read everything on the table while wating and eating;

As with any B2B merchant relationship, you want to create a mutually perfect relationship.
Start with the idea, what do we both need, that stems from a new car purchase?
- You want to buy the car they are selling;
- The restaurant wants more dinner sales;
This is the making of a perfect B2B relationship. Now what?
- Establish a relationship that includes the restaurant waiters;
- Establish what your willing to give for a referral;
- Standardize your offer;
- Print a simple cover & proposal
Okay, one possible proposal, meeting both parties requirements perfectly;
- Pay a simple $25 referral fee, to the waiter;
- Buy the restaurant owner dinner for each closed sale (another restaurant in your collection);
- When you buy the car, give the seller a $75 credit for dinner with the restaurant;
The Cost | The Benefits
This simple plan will cost about $150 per referral. The $25 goes to the waiter that did the referral, the restaurant owner gets a dinner certificate with another local diner.
The now “mutual” customer receives a $75 credit to spend on any at the restaurant to celebrate selling the car, so you are sending the mutual customer back and paying for dinner.
Happy customer, happy mechanic, happy restaurant shop owner and his lovely or ugly wife.

Drop some flowers (delivered) to the restaurant owner’s wife on the 5th referral, and add a dinner show on the 20th referral.
